Northland sophomore Janie Wunderlich recorded 10 kills and fellow sophomore Molly Hanson added 13 assists as the Pioneers knocked off the visiting Fond du Lac Thunder in straight sets in an MCAC Northern Division volleyball contest in Thief River Falls Saturday. The Pioneers allowed just three points in a 25-3 opening set win, and they were almost as efficient in the other two, winning 25-10 and 25-9.

Up next for the Pioneers is a trip to Grand Rapids to face the Itasca Vikings.
