Thief River Falls - Northland sophomore heavyweight
Andre Baguma defeated Concordia's Chase Dockter 4-0 in championship match at 285 pounds to claim his second career college tournament championship. Baguma, the tournament's top seed at heavweight, defeated teammate and redshirt Jonathon Staebler by fall in the semifinal round to reach the championship match. Staebler went on to take third in the event. Fellow heavyweight
Micah Butler took fourth.
The Pioneers were dominat in the tournament's heaviest weight class, and they came close to winning a title in the tournament's lightest weight class. Freshman
Austin Thompson defeated teammate
Tyrese Hicks by fall in his first match, beforing falling 9-7 in overtime to Karsen Mosbrucker in the championship match of the three-man round robin.
Payton Jackson added a runner-up finish in the three-man round-robin at 133. He dropped his opening match by an 11-7 score to Sam Kulseth, before defeating teammate
