Devils Lake, N.D. - Lake Region State College amassed a 30-point lead after one half of play was in the books before cruising to a 77-43 win over Northland in a non-conference, inter-division men's basketball game Tuesday night in Devils Lake, N.D. 

The 48-point night is the Pioneers lowest scoring output since a 73-41 loss at Rochester in November 2018. 

Zack Meyer, Northland's leading scorer in the season opener, did not start Tuesday but he still managed to score 17 points and collect seven rebounds while coming off the bench. Ryan Englund, 8, and Jaelin Domingue, 7, were Northland's other leading scorers. 

Up next for the Pioneers is a Tuesday, Nov. 23 home tilt against M State-Fergus Falls. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
