International Falls - Northland was eliminated from the 2021 Region 13B Tournament with a 12-1 loss to Central Lakes in an elimination game earlier today. The Pioneers, who entered the tournament as the number three seed in the regional, upset second seeded Central Lakes 12-8 in the opening game of the tournament Thursday. They fell to top seeded and tournament host Rainy River by a 6-1 score to end the first day of competition and set up a rematch with the Raiders. 

Central Lakes will play Rainy River in the championship series. Game one is set for 1:30 p.m. Game two, if necessary, willl follow at 4 p.m.
