Hibbing, Minn. - The Northland Community & Technical College women's basketball team snapped a three-game losing streak with a dominant 67-25 win over the Hibbing Cardinals Wednesday night at Hibbing Community College. 

The Pioneers were all over the boards. They outrebounded the Cardinals 48-29, with Keylee Dahl and Kasey Stegman recording double-doubles. Dahl scored 14 points and added 10 rebounds, while Stegman scored 12 points and collected 12 rebounds. Jackie Lynn Taflin came close to making it three double-doubles for the Pioneers with a 14-point, nine-rebound performance. 

Up next for the Pioneers (8-7 overall, 1-0 MCAC North) is a Jan. 8 home game against Rainy River (6-7 overall, 0-0 MCAC North).
