Fourth-seeded Northland faces top-seeded Century, currently ranked 10th in the nation, in the NJCAA Region XIII-A semifinal round Friday, Oct. 27 at 1 p.m. at Anoka-Ramsey Community College in Coon Rapids.
Northland clinched a postseason berth for the sixth consecutive season on Friday, Oct. 13 with a 3-1 road win at Minnesota North College - Itasca. Since cliniching the playoff berth, the Pioneers have added a pair of 3-0 wins over Gogebic on Oct. 14 and Minnesota North College - Rainy River on Oct. 18.
Northland (13-10 overall, 6-6 conference) will face Century College (24-4 overall, 13-2 conference), the top finisher in the MCAC South, in the opening round Friday, Oct. 27 at Anoka-Ramsey Community College. The other Region XIII-A semifinal match features Minnesota West (13-3, 23-8) against Central Lakes (10-2, 17-8). The Region XIII-A Championship match will be played at noon on Saturday, Oct. 28 at Anoka-Ramsey Community College.

• Semifinals, Friday, Oct. 27 - S4 Rochester Community & Technical College vs. N1 Alexandria 5 p.m.; N3 Mesabi Range vs. S2 MState - Fergus Falls 7 p.m.
