Northland Community & Technical College will host the Third Annual Northland Open wrestling tournament Saturday, Feb. 4 in the Northland Gym.

Teams participating in this year's open include the host Pioneers, Itasca Community College, Ridgewater College, Minnesota State University Moorhead, Northern State University, University of Mary and the University of Jamestown. Wrestling begins at 10 a.m. 

Competing for the Pioneers are freshmen Calvin Williams Jr., Panama, Fla., and Chris Kirchner, Baltamore, Md., both at 133 pounds; sophomore Timothy Thurman, Anniston, Ala., at 157; and freshman Cyncere Haskins, Grand Forks, N.D., at 184.
